I had an excellent experience at the Shake Shack outlet at VivoCity. The service was warm, efficient, and made the visit especially enjoyable. I would like to give special recognition to this employee, Sharveena, who was extremely helpful throughout my visit. She was friendly, attentive, and went out of her way to assist with my requests, making me feel genuinely welcomed. Her professionalism and positive attitude reflected a high standard of customer service. Thank you to specifically Sharveena, and the team at Shake Shack VivoCity for providing such a pleasant dining experience. I look forward to visiting again with my grandkids. Lovely customer service and amazingly addictive fries. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Fries, Cheese Fries
