Worst quantity of food packed by that owner old lady. When ever she is there it happens. Bought take away meals, tofu sambal given 3 PCS and the rice like for preschoolers quantity..but charges has gone up..not the taste And quantity . Look the rice pack slim..pls someone look into this Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Very disappointing experience at Shami Banana Leaf Restaurant in Woodlands. My mother ordered an à la carte mutton dish for $8, and we were shocked when we saw the portion. There were only about five small pieces of mutton. Charging $8 for such a tiny portion is honestly ridiculous. Customers can clearly see when the value for money is not there. If you are charging that kind of price, at least provide a reasonable portion. This felt like a complete rip-off and very poor value for money. Restaurants should not take advantage of customers like this. I hope the management seriously reconsiders their pricing and portion sizes, because this kind of experience will definitely drive customers away. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The shami's at causeway point lacks service and food quality. The staff present was not attentive and had to look for them to prompt i needed to order food. Bought fish biryani and added fried chicken. The food was cold. Non of the items was warm. And couldnt eat fried chicken as it was cold and hard in texture. And it cost $16.30! The warmers were turned off for convenience for closing.And it was only 8.20pm. Hope u look into it.
