阿里山エリアの中でも屈指の人気店です。石頭鍋（？）が、日本人の舌にも合うマイルドな味わいでとても美味しかったです。 他の一品（小皿）料理も全て美味しかったです。 ドリンクは取扱いがないようなので、近くのセブンイレブンで買うのが良いと思います（特にお酒）。 このお店は、阿里山を訪問される方全員にお勧めしたいお店です。. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had an exceptional dining experience at Shan Bin Restaurant that I have to share. From the moment we walked in, the service was outstanding. Despite arriving 45 minutes before their next opening hours, the staff noticed we were cold and hungry, and they kindly offered us a table to enjoy our meal. What stood out was their willingness to accommodate our needs. The service crew recommended their set meal, initially designed for larger groups. However, they were happy to reduce the portion and even offered us a discount. This level of flexibility and hospitality made us feel genuinely welcomed and valued as customers. The food at Shan Bin Restaurant was equally impressive. The grilled chicken was succulent and full of flavour, the fried mushrooms were perfectly crispy and delicious, and the hot pot soup was a comforting and warming treat, especially on a cold day.
