We had a wonderful dining experience at Shan Shin. The ambience was elegant yet comfortable, and the service from 琇庭, 宜妤, and AA was outstanding – very attentive, warm, and professional. They also paid careful attention to my daughter’s food allergy request, which gave us peace of mind and made the meal even more enjoyable. The food was excellent. Our top highlights were: • Scallion Chicken (蔥油雞) – tender, juicy, and bursting with fragrance. • Seaweed Egg (芥菜炒蛋) – homely and flavorful, one of our favorites. • Braised Beef Brisket with Vegetables – rich and hearty. • Stir-fried Broccoli with Mushrooms – fresh and crisp. • Oyster Tofu – unique and delicious. • Steamed Fresh Fish – perfectly cooked and fresh.
