The hotel was beautiful! Loved the view, had a little balcony too and could view turtle island. The aunty at the pool was the best. She was so friendly and started chatting immediately, gave my kids towels and wrapped them up when they got out the pool. The breakfast was great! You get free fish food to feed the koi. I think the only downside was we wanted an extra blanket for our kids but were told we couldn’t get it because of the room we chose. We were ok with paying extra but the front desk staff said no. Location was perfect! Service: 4

Let’s start a family trip with Shandori hotel. In such a freezing day it’s a good choice to stay here. Excellent customer service and facilities
