Love this Thai Chinese cuisine. Fried Fish maw, Steam fish, salt egg/taro pastry & chicken cashew are our favorite. Reasonable priced & delicious. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Shangarila (Dusit Central Park Branch) I visited the newest Shangarila branch, located in the LG floor food court of Dusit Central Park. The menu item I specifically came for was the "Golden Taro" (เผือกทองคำ) and the "Salted Egg Yolk Taro Lava" (เผือกลาวาไข่เค็ม). I arrived right at 10 AM, and purchasing was easy as everything was fully stocked. The Golden Taro was unfortunately very sweet and, disappointingly, was served cold—it had clearly been sitting out and chilled by the mall's air conditioning. The Salted Egg Yolk Taro Lava suffered the same fate; the cold temperature overwhelmed the flavor. I believe if I could have eaten these piping hot, as if sitting at one of their full-service restaurants, the experience would have been significantly better.
