Upon arrival to the end the service has been tremendous they are very helpful and very clean here the a/c was great the location is not to far from tourist attraction with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. No loud noises. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Shanti Hostel CNX is one of the cleanest and most well-organized hostels I’ve stayed at in Thailand. The dorm rooms are simple but very comfortable, with private capsule-style beds, clean bedding, personal lights, and good air-conditioning. Lockers are spacious and secure, which is perfect for travelers with luggage or valuables. Common areas are quiet, tidy, and well-designed for relaxing or working. Everything feels thoughtfully arranged, from the seating areas to the storage space. You can really tell the staff cares about cleanliness and guest comfort. The atmosphere is calm and respectful, making it a great choice for solo travelers, digital nomads, and anyone who prefers a peaceful hostel rather than a party vibe. If you’re looking for a clean, safe, and affordable hostel in Chiang Mai, Shanti Hostel CNX is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again.

⸻ Shanti Hostel is one of those places that does everything right. The beds are super comfortable and thoughtfully designed with great privacy, so you actually sleep well and feel like you have your own space. Everything is clean, well kept, and clearly cared for. What really makes this hostel stand out is the people. The guests are friendly, respectful, and from all over the world, creating a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere that makes it easy to connect without feeling forced. Big shoutout to Jazz and Kao at the front desk — they’re incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely make you feel at home from the moment you arrive. You can tell they care about the place and the people staying there. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable hostel with great energy and awesome staff, Shanti Hostel is a fantastic choice. I’d absolutely stay here again.
