Finally got to try their Dubai chew cookie - for the price, it’s worth it! Generous with the kunafi filling and the skin isn’t too thick. It wasn’t too sweet too which I appreciate! Will buy again :)

This place is one of those bakeries that looks simple at first, but once you try a few items, you realise they are very intentional with what they do. They don’t try to be everything — just madeleines and financiers — but they push flavours quite far, and that’s where it becomes interesting. The savoury one (cream cheese, scallion & sun-dried tomato) is honestly quite unexpected. The madeleine itself is still buttery and soft, but once you bite in, it turns slightly salty and creamy from the cheese, with that light onion fragrance coming through. It almost feels like a cross between a snack and a dessert — not something I would crave all the time, but definitely memorable. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

As someone living overseas, I was looking for a gift to send to a friend locally. I am so lucky and grateful to have discovered She Sells Seashells because they helped deliver the most special surprise. I chose four flavors and they were delivered in a gift box. It is so rare to find a business that will take the time to hand write the note, but this really gave it that special touch. In addition, I asked for the flavors to be indicated somehow, and the cute drawing was the perfect, whimsical touch! The ordering process is so seamless and the team patiently and promptly answered all of my questions via WhatsApp. Thank you to Rachel and the team for all of your hard work behind the scenes to create such thoughtful, delicious, and heartfelt experiences for your customers!
