Unfortunately two bad experiences in one day have led to this bad review from myself. Went for frappe mocha coffee + hot latte in morning and they messed up the order completely giving me two lattes with ice.. One of which had chocolate powder on the top.. You could argue language barrier but I pointed to each thing on the menu and paid the appropriate amount.. Still unsure how it could be mixed up. Any how I thought it must have been a hiccup and I'm staying next door in cascade hotel so I thought I would try their burgers... Came in at 10pm and ordered sim food, after waiting 45 min nothing had arrived at my table, no apology nothing. Staff too busy sat on their phones keep track of what what going on between kitchen and front of house so I decided to cut losses and go back to hotel (hungry). These guys are taking the 'p'.. Don't waste your energy giving them a chance

Had an amazing experience at Shelter BKK! The atmosphere is cozy yet vibrant, with a perfect blend of modern design and laid-back comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming. I especially loved their menu, which features a fantastic range of delicious food and drinks – everything from refreshing cocktails to cook to order traditional Thai meals. Whether you're looking for a chill spot to unwind or somewhere lively to catch up with friends, Shelter BKK is the place to be. As of Jan 9, 2025 - the morning and afternoon runs as a co working space and after 5 pm, it runs as bar. Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ฿100–200
