Shen creates exquisite food in a beautiful, intimate setting. Each course was prepared with care, with detailed explanations by Shen. The meal and the evening were superb. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $2,000+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Vegetarians were catered for.

So called, fine dining, is not something I normally do, but since we're in Taiwan and since Shen once worked for my brother, in Australia, we thought we would have a meal at his restaurant. It was a terrific experience in all regards. I have always said that it's worth watching anyone that's good at anything, be it sport, entering data by hand or filleting fish in an Asian fish market. Anyone and anything. Shen seems a master at his craft and strives for perfection. We were there to watch and taste and hear stories. The design of the restaurant gives everything away - it's gorgeous and a fitting place for what's to come. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
