I ordered the Mother’s Day éclair set online for self-collection. It was my first time ordering. The éclairs were beautiful and tasted great, not overly sweet.

first purchase for stay home high tea with disappointed melted cake. even more disappointing was there wasn't any reply from the whatsapp number when we're checking in if our orders are arriving yet (blue ticked), and faced with super melted frosting cake which I took a photo to show them. Blue ticked me and no reply.

Dear Sir/Madam, We are writing to formally raise a complaint regarding the recent loaf cake order placed on behalf of our Vice President for a staff appreciation occasion. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed with both the service quality and reliability of your team. Communication was very poor throughout the process. We were contacted at the last minute and informed that the delivery timing needed to be changed. Your staff member, Kelvin, mentioned that delivery would only be possible after 2:00 PM, despite us clearly stating that the cake was required before 12:00 noon as our VP would be leaving the premises by then. Kelvin assured us he would get back to us, but we received no follow-up. The following morning, we had to call again and spoke to another staff member who informed us at 11:15 AM that the cake would arrive within 15–20 minutes. However, after waiting until 12:15 PM with no delivery, we contacted your company once more. Your manager, Ms Eve, said she would check on the matter. Eventually, the cake only arrived at 1:00 PM, which was far too late for the purpose of the order. If your team was unable to meet the required timing due to high order volume, we believe it would have been more honest and professional to inform us earlier rather than accepting the order. To our further disappointment, the cake itself did not meet the expected quality. It did not resemble an artisan cake at all. The product received did not match the image provided—there were fewer orange slices than shown, and the frosting was visibly melted (photos attached). This experience was regrettable, especially as the vendor was recommended by a colleague, who now feels very apologetic for doing so. Regrettably, based on this experience, we will not be recommending your business to others. We hope you will take this feedback seriously and review your service standards, communication practices, and quality control processes. Sincerely, Shasha
