First of all: Fantastic service by the staff, they couldn't do enough for us. Nice big air-conditioned room, with 2 nice pools to swim in. Only negative is it's distance from the CBD, but there are plenty of food & beverage options close by. Excellent Service, will definitely stay here next time we visit! Service: 5

The hotel is not new, but it has a very beautiful, authentic atmosphere. The suites are very spacious and have a charming 'old-world' feel. While the breakfast is good, the pool area could be better maintained. One person service made the difference. We had a difficult start at the reception, but KATE was incredibly helpful. She assisted us with a room change and was very kind and professional. Overall great stay Service: 4

Rose and her colleague (sorry I didn’t catch her name!) were so welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. We had to change our pick-up location for the elephant sanctuary, and Rose called for us without hesitation and organised a new pick-up point. We also wanted to book a local Muay Thai event on our last night. Again, Rose and her colleague were more than happy to help by booking us tickets and even organised a taxi. Breakfast was lovely - the banana pancakes with local honey were delicious! The room had everything we needed and was lovely and quiet. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay Service: 5
