As a regular, I must praise xiao Xue for her good service. Xiao Xue is always cheerful and attentive. The only staff who carries a smile. Ingredients are generally fresh. Utensils are dirty, the ladles all need good scrubs to remove the food residue. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: SGD 20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Superior Marbled Pork Slice, Soup, Sliced Chicken, Tonic Chicken Soup, Vegetable Platter, Japanese Style Pork Bone Soup

Super disappointed with the service. The sauce cost $2.1??!! The waitress didn’t not mention this cost to us at all. And whether drink+sauce+ice cream cost $2.1, they should have told us as we did not take any drink or ice cream as the waitress said they r not included in set. Had the pork, beef, chicken, fish 2pax set. Only pork and beef ok. Chicken too hard, low quality, fish and fish ball not very fresh. Soup seems to have MSG/ makes us feel thirsty after that. Will not return again, there r many better hotpot and service elsewhere. Food: 2 Service: 1

Review of Shi Li Fang Hot Pot @ Junction 10 Today, I went to Shi Li Fang Hot Pot at Junction 10 for a last-minute meal after seeing an online offer to book a table. All the food was excellent, and I especially enjoyed the option to make my own sauce. The drinks were limited to $1, but you can top up frequently without having to pay extra unless you want something more premium. However, I found the ice cream disappointing; the flavor wasn’t strong and lacked aroma. I suggest improving the ice cream quality. Thank you!
