Restaurant lost my order completely. When i asked for my order, i was told to wait for it to be called. I wasted 30 minutes in total as I only asked again when I saw other customers were served already. They told me my order was lost and someone took it. Thee they redo my order on the spot. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

I visited this stall today to buy a bowl of mee sua to bring to my dad who is currently hospitalised and quite unwell. He has very little appetite and strength, so I requested for no additional ingredients, no garnish and no sauce. The lady who attended to me immediately understood when I explained the situation. Without hesitation, she kindly offered to separate the mee sua for me. She even asked her colleague to wash the scissors and sterilise them with hot water before cutting the noodles, just to ensure everything was clean and suitable for my dad. What truly touched me was that she did not charge me extra for the additional container, even though I offered to pay. She gently declined and said it was okay, no need. In a small moment during a difficult time for my family, her kindness meant so much. Thank you for your compassion and thoughtfulness. It is service like this that makes a difference beyond just selling food. I truly appreciate it. Service: 5

So many poor reviews about the grumpy cashier (PRC female staff) and nothing is done. Gave me the wrong order for my sweet potato fries (not cooked to order - so probably a previous order that has been sitting around) and when I returned my order, she didn’t even give me the last fry in my newly prepared order - presumably cos I had to eat one to try?! Ridiculous. Shihlin you can do better that this. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
