Ordered 2 rice box. Clearly told the staff, no spicy, only add plum powder. But the moment we have 1 bite. Is hot as hell. Is overly peppery. What the hell is this? If u don love your job or angry on something, don vent it on your customer. For your info, this is not the 1st time had encounter this in this particular outlet. Please don waste money here, seriously! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

There is only one self-order machine, and it’s located right at the staff entrance, which feels like an odd place for customers to order. While I was ordering, the staff member was standing there watching and looked like she wanted to clock off as soon as possible It made the experience quite uncomfortable. It would be much better if they also offered QR code ordering to make things smoother for customers. Meal type: Dinner Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
