We tried their 23rd Anniversary Menu; the 7-course set for $880 offers incredible variety and premium quality. The eight-piece appetizer set is stunning, particularly the fresh crab and firefly squid. Following the appetizers, we had three types of sashimi, and the tempura arrived perfectly crispy and light. A must-try is the $23 upgrade for the Matsusaka Wagyu—the rich marbling is exceptional for such a small add-on. We finished with a flavorful Hokkaido Abalone claypot rice that was both fresh and filling. This is high-end Japanese dining with excellent cost-performance. Highly recommended!
