I can only give this place five stars. It doesn’t always open when it says it’s going to open. However, it’s a one-man band. The very sweet owner is rushed off her feet making the most amazing homemade and delicious cake cakes. She has really really great cakes, tiramisu, and cupcake cupcakes. I feel a little guilty that I don’t take off a star for it not being reliable. But I can see that the owner despite her best effort is struggling a little bit because she’s doing everything herself so the Starr that she loses for not being on time, she gets back doubly for the effort and care that she puts into her work. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really loved the experience in Shimai Bake! the bakeries were so yummy and refreshing!! We tried everything in the menuand i must say we didn’t felt disappointed the staff is very friendly and prices are very reasonable if you have ever been to Chiang Mai, Shimai Bake is a must!!greeting from Saudi Arabia Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
