Spectacular udon. The right kind of chewy, and overall the broth feels very nourishing and warming. The seaweed tastes great and has the right bounce and the fish cakes were great too. Wonderful flavours, rejuvenating for the soul. Service is also super warm and friendly. Highly recommended!! Come on weekdays when it’s more quiet. Meal type: Dinner Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The place is packed on a Friday evening with a rather loud group in the private dining room. Food wise the sashimi (3 orderss) moriawase is fresh but each platters arrive with different assortment of sashimi and the cuts of the same type of fish is not uniform. I also believe the knife skill of the chef cut improve a little. Servers are warm and friendly and even would engage in a bit of banter whenever theycan catch their breath during the hectic service. Price per person: $60–70 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The food, ambience and service standard at Shin The Table is top notch. Its the best authentic Japanese restaurant that I’ve tried tbh. We booked a private room for a company function and the service staff was very accommodating, friendly and professional. Sashimi was thick and very fresh (even fresher from Japan), and the recommended lobster spheghetti was truly the highlight of the day. We also had uni, shimano, fugu, engawa and sweet juicy Japanese melon which was very high quality. We later learnt that these ingredients were directly air flown from Japan. No regrets whatsoever and we highly recommend this Japanese restaurant. Truly worth a trip and we will definitely return for future meals.
