Lunch with a view at Shine Talay, Koh Lanta Nothing beats good food by the sea, especially when the breeze is strong, the sky is clear, and everything feels slower for a moment. We ordered their nam prik platter with fresh vegetables and it was honestly so addictive — spicy, savoury, slightly sweet, and perfect with the crunchy cucumber and long beans. Simple but sooo satisfying. The whole place has that laidback island vibe: wooden interiors, open air seating, ocean nearby, and the kind of atmosphere that makes you forget what time it is.
