The Shine Bar is upstairs from The Steak house, but you can order food from downstairs. Super chill, good view, elegant decoration, un-crowded, nice breeze, cheap cocktails, and quick service. We were amazed that this wasn't busier, but we think they need better signage. Price per person: ฿200–300 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Wonderfully decorated. Located just in front of the beautiful Pattaya Beach. They've got a great menu with Thai food and ocidental too. We've simply loved it.
