What an incredible hidden gem! We stayed just half a block away and were lucky enough to stumble upon this tiny, cozy 8-seat ramen spot. You order at a machine before sitting down. While the machine itself is in Chinese, they thoughtfully placed an English menu right next to it, making it super easy to navigate. The pricing is also incredibly fair. We ordered the tonkotsu ramen, and the broth was beautifully thick and rich. It leans on the salty side, but that’s exactly how authentic ramen should be! I love that the chef provides clear broth on the side if you want to thin it out—it’s much better to customize it yourself than to start with a bland soup. The flavor was excellent, the chef was very friendly, and they even offer free noodle refills if you’re still hungry. Love this place and will absolutely be back the next time we are in Taipei!
