ローカルの板前さんが握る最高のお店。 正直期待していなかったが、新鮮なネタに驚きました。日本人板前が握る不条理な金額の鮨店と比較してもネタは良い勝負です。コスパ考えるとダントツこのお店の勝ちです。

The premium omakase set was delightful! The overall dining experience was quite exceptional. The service staff and chefs were really attentive. I really enjoyed dining at the counter, watching the chefs preparing each sushi skillfully. The fish were really fresh. My favourite were the shin maguro and chu toro. They were practically just melting in my mouth. I added an uni sushi at the end of the course. It was the best decision ever. I would highly recommend this place to anyone, looking for an omakase experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Personally felt Shinsora has a great way by having the picture taken for guests. I wouldnt personally want to head back there as area is way too cramp. The fishes selected for sushi were rather normal. Second the cod fish was overcooked. Their seasonal fishes were not included for dinner menu . Rather disappointing. You would need to add on as ala carte Price per person: $100+ Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
