Just newly opened. Promotion of 10% off bill. Nice decor but with limited seating downstairs. The tomato base soup is NOT of a thick broth texture lacking in intensity . The herbal beef soup paired with the chill oil was tasty . Could have more meat/ingredients for the price charged. The Noodles portion is reasonable. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
