Ordered through Uber so I didn’t score Service or Atmosphere. The onion rings were delicious but for ¥620 I expected more than 6 onion rings and one was tiny. The homemade tartar sauce I believe is mayonnaise with bits of chunky pickles. It wasn’t bad. The cheeseburger was a disappointment. It was too salty and chewy / gristly. I really don’t enjoy chewy bits in a burger. Overall for me I won’t be reordering or recommending. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 2

Shogun Burger was absolutely amazing — one of the best burgers I’ve had in Japan. The meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. Great atmosphere and very friendly staff as well. Jonathan’s was also really nice. Comfortable place, nice service, and everything we ordered tasted great. Highly recommended! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Pretty good burger. If you’re a burger freak, this will likely be something like a 7.5/10, if you don’t hunt burgers around the world it will be closer to an 8.5/10. Both decent ratings. I will say my favorite thing about this place was the staff, especially Jonathan. They all work incredibly hard and are focused on the quality of the food but also (equally importantly) the experience.
