Our first time at ShouSushi. Service was quick and pleasant. Clean and airy, minimalist Japanese-like interior. Best and freshest salmon sashimi we’ve had in a long while. We had the large salmon sashimi order 100/5. My nephew vacuumed up the plate in seconds. Niku Udon 4.5/5 - I love the chewiness of the noodles. Salted chicken wings - 10/5. Squid tentacles 10/5. Sushi roll -5/5. Hokkaido Panna cotta with Strawberry 10/5- it was so good, we ordered another! This would be our frequent Japanese haunt. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch
