I am a self-proclaimed gourmet foreigner living in Hong Kong. There are two seafood restaurants in the Mei Fossa Thermal Food Centre. I have been to both of them many times. I would recommend Shun Hing Seafood Restaurant (順興海鮮飯店now with 德仔記 at the beginning of its name). Hot food (do not underestimate) Authentic taste (more important). This is 油泡蝦仁 Shrimps Sauted in Oil, rice and beer go down a treat. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100–150
