It's the location that gives stars... The property is peaceful, but one has to be careful in selecting the type of room! We stayed at this resort for 7 Nights. Booked swimming pool villa at the corner of the beach!! And in evening came the BIG LIZARDS. No those were not beautiful to my kid and me! I was jumping here and there as it sat over our door. It's like someone beamed the laser on small lizards and those became 10 times big. The pool villa was very dirty and insects reptiles were every where. The request - we requested the staff to change our room next day and since we had long stay, they helped. We got this beautiful Duplex villa next to the common swimming pool! This was fun! Clean, two beds, big bathroom! The resort has a good length of beach front. Every room has seaview. The restaurant breakfast is good, nothing special but is all good. Staff is great. Helpful and chilled. The property has a bar and few good places walkable. But for other famous beach and market, you may have to take the Tuk Tuk (~100/150 B per person, one way). Or you may rent a scooter. It's more fun! Service: 4

I stayed 5 nights at the end of February 2026 and my experience was very disappointing. The main issue is dirt and lack of maintenance. The property feels old and neglected, nothing like the photos. I saw dirty floors, full trash cans, and damaged exposed elements in many areas (near the shop, room, restaurant, massage area). This is not acceptable for a hotel receiving international guests. The beach is beautiful, but it does not compensate for the poor condition. I would not recommend staying here unless major renovations are made. Service: 1

Siam beach resort has a very nice location however, staff are rude (with exception of cleaning crew and kitchen staff), beds are very uncomfortable and some of the rooms are extremely outdated. The door to our room had gaps at the top as well as holes in the bottom of the door. There is not good soundproofing and often you can hear the music from the beach bars til early in the morning.
