Food still okay, but poor service and bad attitude! Especially the YOUNG MAN:我只有一个人，可以就等，不可以就走。. Hello, i m only asking how long will it take if i order! Come on! Who u think u r! I own u money?! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Price per person: $1–10

I was at Siam Square Mookata Jurong West outlet at around 6.36pm today. After waiting for 20 minutes with no dishes served, I went to check with the person in charge. I understand it was peak hour, but when I asked how much longer we needed to wait, he replied to me in Chinese: “你要吃就吃，不要吃就走.” Is this really how your staff are trained to speak to customers? This attitude is completely unacceptable. Siam Square Mookata has always been one of my favourite places, but after this experience, I’m very disappointed and I don’t think I will be supporting anymore. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This is the first time we visit this outlet, we are really disappointed. Chilli - i request to have the chilli to contain in the small bowl , the uncle say use the plastic saucer will do , i say i want small bowl, he side stare me sia .. walao dont gey gao chilli la i is got eat the chilli one , not take and look de .. Secondly , clearly the outlet is understaff , when we reach , there were only 1-2 table having mookata , so i reckon the other staff is busy for online orders , our mookata took close to 25 mins and the item came in separate order manner . Uncle is impatience , but maybe he is like that one la but u cannot shout back or pek cek back at customer one ma unless the customer make u pek cek first.. but you all the way pek cek one leh .. order never come i also dont dare ask .. our fire no more liao u ask us wait .. den we wait more than 5 mins , u ask us wait again .. peng kang food can wait de meh .. sigh .. Lastly, you have 2 -3 staffs handle multiple companies order meh? One cook porridge, one cook thai food, one handle mookata.. Siam Square management , please provide more staff for this outlet , i believe happy staff will make customer makan session enjoyable also. Food: 2 Service: 1
