The weather is so hot that I feel like I can hear Krystal's refreshing voice singing the 'Hot rays are pouring down, it's tingling' part in f(x)'s Hot Summer. Maybe that's why if you taste the pasta from Sicily that I saw in the last review by Delicious, you'll feel like you've been to Italy. I've never had one, but I decided to stop by while I was eating to see if it would be an experience that reminded me of the blue sea of Sicily. These days, some popular stores only operate on a reservation system, so I called in advance and asked if walk-ins were possible. I wasn't sure if it was different for dinner, but I was told that it was possible for lunch anyway, so I stopped by shortly after lunch time. The store was located near the alley where Buja Pizza is located. It was a converted villa on the first floor. It was a little before 1 o'clock, and when I entered the store, I was the only customer. After checking in with the QR code and taking my temperature, the female clerk told me to sit in a comfortable seat, so I sat down at the round table. First, they brought me the menu, and since I didn't ask for any drinks like carbonated water, I asked, "Would you like me to just bring you some cool water?" When I looked at the pasta menu, I couldn't find any pasta that looked Sicilian-like or would be suitable for hot summer because it has three types and lemon, so I remember that Delicious asked for innovative pasta in the review. I asked the female salesperson if there was any pasta suitable for summer. When I inquired, 'Are you asking me?' Since the facial expression was the same, I passed on it and asked which of the three types of pasta would be recommended for summer. The female sales clerk, who seemed to have just started working and didn't seem to know much, and seemed like the timid type, said, 'Choose the one that suits the customer's taste.' I feel the same way, so I think seafood spaghetti is closer to the summer feel for some people, so please ask. First, they brought me bread before the meal. It had a cherry tomato in the middle. It was slightly chewy and subtly salty, and the freshness of the cherry tomato was good, giving it an Italian feel. However, the texture didn't feel particularly fresh because it was freshly baked. After waiting a little longer, the seafood spaghetti I ordered came out, and as in the review by Delicious, it was a so-called fresh pasta made with raw noodles. It didn't feel like I was playing house because it was as big as the palm of my hand, but I was quite full after finishing one plate, so I liked the volume. When I looked at the pasta, it didn't feel as luxurious as I saw in Tasty D's review, and the tomato sauce appeared on the bottom of the plate, so it seemed like there was more than one chef. Could it be that it was cooked by a different chef than the owner chef, so it feels different? box. There was plenty of asparagus, cherry tomatoes, and shrimp. Breadcrumbs were sprinkled on top, and small fennel stems were visible. I rolled up the spaghetti with a fork like fennel and brought it to my nose. The scent of fennel was fragrant. I was a little excited to see what it would taste like, and when I tasted it, the seasoning was just right. It's okay because it's full of flavor, but it's not as luxurious or more Italian than I expected. I expected to be instantly transported to Sicily when I took a bite, but when I opened my eyes, I found myself still sitting in Hannam-dong. The taste was just as imaginable as it was cooked with canned Italian tomato sauce and bisque sauce as described on the menu, so it didn't make you wow as soon as you ate it or promise to come back again. The fresh spaghetti is quite chewy, the asparagus is reasonably crunchy without being too tough, and the cherry tomatoes have a somewhat Italian feel, but the shrimp are probably using frozen shrimp, but they're not very springy and fresh. As I was eating, I noticed something chewy, and when I thought about what it was, it was a piece of jujube that I had seen in the review of Delicious Dinner. Surprisingly, it didn't go well with me, so it felt like something new. As I kept eating, I started chewing on pine nuts too. I'm not sure what pine nuts have to do with summer, but for some reason, I felt like a piece of pine nuts. It feels like summer and it's nice. Perhaps because of the good volume, I was quite full after eating all of it, and after paying, I headed out into the hot summer. Overall, I stopped by expecting pasta with a summery, Italian feel that reminded me of the cool beaches of Sicily, which is the name of the restaurant because it contains lemon peel in the hot summer, but the taste itself and the level felt to be as good or slightly better than the Nonhyeon Bistro I stopped by last time. It didn't feel particularly luxurious, but even though it used fresh noodles, it had a good volume and was reasonably priced. It was especially delicious because the occasional bits of pine nuts gave off a summery feel.
