I have been buying from here for many years. Since last year, a short hair chinese middle age female staff of this rice stall has spoiled my experience : I always ask for a rubber band as usually I order a lot and I always cycle. No rubber band = pack spilled when I get home - explained to the staff before but is that necessary?? This lady has been saying this repeatedly :"YOu are very special!" in a sarcastic manner. Once she raised her voice and said that twice. NO other stall in singapore ever has any issue with the customer asking for a rubber band. When I told her today there is no need to say such a thing, she replied:"ask for rubber band so you are special". Henceforth I will avoid this stall as much as I can as long as she is around. A pleasant experience with the other staff where I say thanks and they reciprocate likewise has been COMPLETELY DESTROYED by this unnecessary comment all the time from this woman: If I have to buy from here again, I will ask for the manager or supervisor to explain such behaviour. We go buy food, pay up, get spoon or rubber band, say thanks then go off peacefully.... no more as long as she is there and does not change her attitude. -10 stars if i could.
