Our sincere thanks to Yanli and the exceptional team at The Fullerton Hotel Singapore - Signature Reserve Bar and Restaurant for an absolutely magnificent dining experience this evening (19 May 2026 and my Birthday too) From the moment we arrived - even accommodating us earlier than scheduled - the service was nothing short of outstanding. Every detail was attended to with genuine care, professionalism and warmth, truly reflecting the standard expected of a world-class 5-star hotel and restaurant. As honeymoon guests, we were incredibly touched by the complimentary whisky sours and the thoughtful attention shown throughout the evening. Nothing was too much trouble for Yanli and the team, including subtle menu adjustments made effortlessly and without hesitation, which elevated the entire dining experience into something truly memorable and gastronomic. The food itself was exceptional, beautifully presented and absolutely delicious - however it was the impeccable service, attention to detail and genuine hospitality that made the evening so special. A heartfelt thank you again to Yanli and the entire team for making our evening one we will genuinely remember for many years to come. Had a really great experience at Signature Reserve. The ambience was elegant yet relaxing, with great music and a cozy atmosphere that made it easy to just sit back and enjoy the night. We tried a few cocktails and each one had its own unique character. The Sender was light and refreshing with a subtle floral note, while Orchard Blush was fruity, crisp and very easy to drink. The Recipient had a smoky finish with a richer flavour profile, and Chendol was surprisingly fun and creative — like a local dessert in cocktail form. Presentation was beautiful, drinks were well balanced, and the overall experience felt very polished. Definitely a nice spot for date nights, catch-ups or just a relaxing evening out in Singapore.
