Don’t be fooled by the size of these plates when I left I felt I had eaten an entire buffet. This speaks volumes about the way it was made. The hearty tomato egg dish was incredibly filling. I was worried when we ordered it since I prefer eating tomatoes in a more fresh manner also the combination with egg had me worried it would be so acidic. However, it was a delightful surprise to bite into it and experience its more savory flavor. The eggplant dish was also great and the skin of the eggplant provided a nice texture to the combination of soft dishes we had. Overall, this too dishes were an exceptional combination and we hope to come back and try some noodles next time. If the wait isn’t too long ;) ~~ until then ~~ thank you for the meal!
