Charming ambience in an upscale feeling, out by the beautiful garden of Reverie Siam resort. I loved everything about my meal here this evening. The vast menu offering plenty to choose from as vegans, actual creative and delicious options, not just a salad. Food quality was superb, possibly best I’ve had in Pai so far. Service was excellent, food came out fast and portions were generous. To my surprise, prices are really decent and affordable. For a restaurant serving meat, this is a very vegan friendly option. I had dinner at Silhouette by Reverie Siam last night with a friend, and it was exactly what we needed after a long week. We both went for the steak, shared a couple of glasses of wine, and couldn't resist ordering dessert. The steak was cooked just right—tender, flavorful, and honestly hit the spot. The wine selection was solid, and our server had good recommendations. By the time dessert arrived, we were already pretty content, but it was a nice way to wrap things up. What I appreciated most was the atmosphere. It's got that upscale hotel restaurant vibe—polished without being stuffy. Jazz played softly in the background, adding a nice touch without overwhelming conversation. It felt like the kind of place where you can actually relax and enjoy yourself without any pretense. The service was attentive but not hovering, which I always appreciate. Our server checked in at the right moments and gave us space when we were clearly deep in conversation. Is it groundbreaking? No. But sometimes you don't need groundbreaking—you just need good food, good company, and a comfortable setting. Silhouette delivered on all three.
