故宮博物館の見学前にちゃんとしたレストランでランチをしよう、っと友人と話をしてコチラのお店へ 予約はしてなかったのですが、開店前直前に向かったためほとんど待たずに入店出来ました ある程度日本語が分かるスタッフさんが居るため、問題なく席に着くことができました 行く前から故宮博物館名物の宝石でできた白菜と角煮を模した料理は食べようと思ってましたが、どれも美味しそうで目移りしちゃいましたね カラスミ炒飯、角煮、白菜…頼んだ料理はどれも本当に美味しかった 高級食材のオンパレードみたいなスープのファッチューションも出汁の旨味が爆発してて美味かった 海老餃子は大ぶりの海老がブリンブリンで口の中で弾けるし、焼売は肉の旨味がガツンと来て美味い デザートのカスタードマンは見た目がまるで椎茸なのに、中にトロトロのカスタードがタップリ入っていて目から楽しませてくれました サービスも良いし店内は豪華で綺麗️ 味も大満足なとっても良いレストランでした. I'll admit I was skeptical when someone suggested eating at the restaurant by the National Palace Museum, but I'm so glad we went. The space itself is stunning: a glass-curtain-wall building to the right of the NPM Main Building exit, bright and airy, spread across three floors. The first floor offers an open dining area, the second floor serves famous Taiwanese classics in a private room, and the third floor has a banquet hall. What makes Silks Palace truly special is the concept: dishes directly inspired by the museum's artifacts. The Classic Dessert served in a Chinese Curio Box is a perfect example: playful, beautiful, and utterly fitting for a museum restaurant. But the food goes well beyond the novelty. The Madam Song Fish Soup (a recipe dating back to the Song Dynasty) was perhaps the highlight of the meal for me: delicate and deeply satisfying. The Sautéed Wild Lotus Leaves were a delight, and the Rice Noodle Rolls with Shrimp were as colorful and beautiful as anything on display upstairs. We also had the Seafood Noodle Soup, which rounded out a really memorable spread. A few practical tips: order via the QR code at your table (drinks are ordered separately). The kitchen closes at 2pm for lunch, so plan accordingly, and reservations are strongly recommended. One of the most memorable meal in Taipei. Great for museum visitors and food lovers alike.
