I stayed at Novotel Sriracha in November last year and returned again this year purely because the service and hospitality were so exceptional. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and spotless, and the ocean view is absolutely to die for. A huge thank you to Jess and Basbomb for delivering outstanding food and beverage service. Their professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made every dining experience seamless and memorable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. The grilled tenderloin was cooked to absolute perfection!!! truly outstanding. It’s rare to find a hotel that gets everything right, and this is why I keep coming back. I genuinely love this place and can’t recommend it highly enough. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
