Un restaurante con 3 estrellas Michelin significa que merece un viaje entero solo para visitarlo. Para mí, Simibe es uno de esos lugares. Ubicado en Sindang, queda perfecto para pasar a cenar después de visitar DDP. Si te gustan los mariscos, Simibe no puede faltar en tu lista. Tiene un vibe japonés pero venden de todo, te lo juro hasta tacos hay. El sashimi cake es un must, pero lo mejor de lo mejor es su cervecita. No te lo pierdas. -. A 3-star Michelin rating means a restaurant is worth a special journey just to visit. For me, Simibe is one of those places. Located in Sindang, it’s the perfect spot for dinner after visiting DDP. If you’re a seafood lover, Simibe is a must-add to your list. It has a Japanese vibe, but they sell a bit of everything. I swear, they even have tacos.
