Really bland and flavourless. Super moist and wet, can barely taste any of the food. It tasted wet. We ate this right after we bought it by the way. Absolutely vile tasting. Never again, ruined my date. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Tried the Nana wrap and it’s amazing! The only complaint I have is the service. My partner wanted to order Macchiato which is on their menu, however the staff at the cashier gave us dirty and judgemental look. We thought we were pronouncing wrongly so we told her the number on the menu but she continued giving us judgment and angry look. Subsequently she ask “IS IT MOCHA? IS IT CAPPUCCINO?” My partner decided not to make things difficult and just said ok to cappuccino. To be honest, I don’t know how to feel about my experience here. I understand people have bad days and working in f&b is tough but at the same time I don’t think any customer deserves this. I’ll still patron simply wrap as I enjoyed the taste of the wrap but maybe at a different outlet? Hopefully the service is better. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

It’s easy to make informed choices without guessing, which is rare and much appreciated—especially for anyone tracking nutrition or just wanting transparency.
