During my recent visit, I had to wait an unusually long time for my coffee. What was particularly frustrating was that while I was waiting, the assistant chose to wash cups instead of preparing or serving my order. There was no explanation given for the delay. After waiting for a considerable period, I approached her to check on my order and raised my concern about the long wait. However, her attitude was rude and dismissive. There was no apology whatsoever. In the end, I had to personally go to the counter to collect my own coffee. As a paying customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism. The experience was disappointing and unacceptable. I hope management will look into this matter seriously and take the necessary steps to improve service standards.
