Sing Hing's beef flanks are the best beef dish I've had in my life (and that's saying something as I'm a hard-core beef fan). The beef is savory and tender, the noodles are cooked well and the broth is absolutely delicious. Add some chilli oil & enjoy! The shopkeepers are friendly and give us discounts every time. It was purely by accident that I discovered this hidden gem. I loved it so much that I returned all the way from Tsuen Wan with 2 heavy luggage & handbags via Metro & walking even on the day of my flight. The beef flanks are that good!
