Disappointing experience at Anjaraipetti. There was no vegetarian option for the lunch combo meal. We asked the staff if he could help check with the chef if replacing the meat dish with another vegetarian dish is possible, but the staff suggested to remove the meat (while paying the same price) or increasing portion of existing vegetables. They were not able to even make minor tweaks to suit vegan/vegetarian dietary preferences. Pappadam was flimsy, chappathi was cold and stiff like a cardboard. On top of that, there were also flies near the dining area. Overall, was not a pleasant first experience as staff was not accommodating to dietary requests, food taste was decent but quality was average, limited options for vegans/vegetarians and cleanliness and hygiene need to be looked into. Will not be returning for the second time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I previously frequentely visit this establishment due to the strong reputation it had under Bacos. However, since Anjaraipetti took over, I have been disappointed with the overall quality of the food. On my most recent visit, I ordered a biriyani dish, which unfortunately tasted stale, as though it had been stored for an extended period and simply reheated before serving. The dish lacked the freshness one would expect. I hope the management takes steps to improve food quality and restore the standards that once made this place well regarded.
