A great coffee space for anyone who enjoys exploring beans. Single Origin offers a wide variety with different brew methods, pour over, latte, even nel drip. The barista is incredibly particular about quality. I saw him grind and brew my pour over, and when he wasn’t satisfied after tasting it, he remade the whole cup. That level of care really shows. The pour over was excellent — I could clearly taste the notes described on the menu. Definitely a place for people who appreciate thoughtfully made coffee.
