오랜동안 신락원을 다녔는데 예전의 모습이 점점 없어지는게 오랜고객으로 아쉽다. 음식은 맛이 없어지고 서비스또한 인상을 찌푸리게하는 경우라 종종 생긴다. 짜장면도 언제는 너무 짜고 요리도 기름에 찌들어있거나 싱겁고. 그것보다 방문후 기분을 나쁘게 하는건 우리아이가 따뜻한물 한잔 달라고 했더니 짜증스런말투로 이미 테이블에 놨다고 하질않나, 룸을 예약시에는 요리만 먹으면 된다고 해놓고는 식사후 결재하려니 6명룸은 12만원이상 먹어야하는데 우리가 88000원 먹어서 유감임을 뽀루퉁하게 표현하는거였다. 사용규칙에 그런것이 있었으면 예약시 잘 알려줘야하는데 아닌가 싶다. 계산시 상황모면을 위해 내가 사과하긴했지만 다시 생각해보면 이게 암튼 이용해준 고객인 내가 사과할일인가?? 싶다. ㅠㅠㅠ I have been coming to Shinrakwon for a long time, so as a long-time customer, it is disappointing to see that it is gradually losing what it used to have. The food has become less tasty, and there are more frequent situations where the service leaves a bad impression. Sometimes the jajangmyeon is overly salty, and the dishes are either soaked in oil or bland. More than the food, what really ruined the experience was the attitude after our visit. When my child asked for a cup of warm water, the staff responded in an irritated tone, saying it was already on the table. Also, when reserving a private room, we were told that it would be fine as long as we ordered dishes. However, when we went to pay after the meal, the staff showed clear displeasure, saying that a six-person room requires a minimum order of 120,000 won, and that we were short because we only spent 88,000 won. If there is such a rule, it should be clearly explained at the time of reservation. I ended up apologizing at the counter just to smooth things over, but thinking about it again, I honestly wonder why I, as a paying customer, had to apologize in the first place.
