The flavor of the brown cheese is disappointing. A bit expensive...crispy waffles... I'm satisfied with what I tried once.

Loved the waffle. We were skeptical, but first visit we tried with blueberry. We really enjoyed it though the blueberries hid the flavor of the brown cheese. Second visit, we each got a plain brown cheese. The crispy wafer is spread with a sweet cream then topped with shredded brown cheese... a sweet nutty cheese. The best sweet street food in the area for the price! Who knew one could find Norwegian cheese in Busan?!
