Go up the short outdoor stairs, approaching from the right (heading away from old street) before the pin on Google. Cash only. Very nice reprieve from the crowds, a nice view of the bay, and the sweetest owner ever. One of the actually strong (yet delicious coffees) that I’ve had in Taiwan, bless. Recommend the latte with taro and the dense, flourless-texture brownie with nuts and berries! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: $1–200
