Extreme rude staff. The older lady on the left should not work in and F&B or service industry anymore. Whenever you ask a question, she will reply in a very inappropriate and mean way that just annoys people. I got send away with no tray nor bag to carry 2 cups of coffee. The customer next to me want her sandwiches heated but got rejected. Will get better service from McDonald's or Starbucks.
