ミシュラン10年連続受賞の期待値が大きすぎました。他の中華麺のお店と差はあまり感じられなかったかな…。 絶えず行列がありますが回転は早いです。. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–50

牛バラ麺で有名な人気店。いつも行列が絶えない感じですが、並んでもそれほど時間はかかりません。牛バラ麺のスープはエキスがしっかりと出ていて旨みがたっぷりです。豚バラ肉麺も別皿で出てくるサクッとした食感がとても良いです。Tin Hauの駅からもすぐのところにあるので便利です。現金かオクトパスが使えます。. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: HK$50–100

We visited the legendary Sister Wah beef brisket noodle shop. This restaurant has been on the Michelin guide an astonishing 13 years. This tiny restaurant had a line up when we arrived. Hong Kong is a place that has many options, as long as you have money to spend. The only time that there is a line up, is if the product is unique and other options are not as good. So we waited, approx 20 minutes for a table and ordered the beef brisket with soup noodles. The soft brisket reminded me of brisket that my grandma used to make. It was so satisfying and the noodles had the proper al dente elasticity. This restaurant has the organized chaos that I feel is almost a requirement for a successful restaurant in Hong Kong. The goal is to turn over the tables as many times as possible. Chaos just happens. The staff navigated it with a casual ease. Eventually we finished and settled up, we went to a nearby spot for mochi. When we left, the line up was still long outside Sister Wah. It's worth the wait to eat here.
