This is an excellent little restaurant/cafe located about 2 minutes walk from Tukcom (the big IT centre) and right opposite the newly opened large Grand Day/Night hotel. Sit-Nee has an excellent menu with many tempting choices at very modest prices. I can also personally recommend their breakfast which is amazing. In addition, I heartily recommend their coffee which is the best in South Pattaya. Overall, give Sit-Nee a try, you will not be disappointed.
