Food and service are generally good and up to standard. But cleanliness is a big issue. The salad plates, soup bowls, and soft serve cups were very dirty—there were stains, chocolate marks, and even leftover food stuck on them. I asked the staff if there were cleaner ones, and they said these had just come out of the dishwasher. I really think management should check and improve quality control here. I’ve been here 3–4 times recently, and it’s been like this every time. The latest visit was honestly too much, and it’ll probably be my last. Cleanliness should be a top priority, especially for food. The dishwasher itself isn’t the problem, but dishes should be rinsed properly before going in. Good service and taste. The desert selection is horrible. Need cakes, cookies, ice cream. US sizzlers have good selections of deserts compared to Thailand franchises. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
