This restaurant was quite disappointing. The steak was serve very cold and not tasty at all. I ordered an expensive cut of meat, but the quality was very poor and not worth the price. The salad bar was messy, with food scraps scattered everywhere and no one takes care of it. The ice cream bowls were empty and were not refilled. When I asked about it, a staff even responded rudely. There were also 2–3 staffs standing at the entrance, but none of them greeted customers with a friendly smile. I felt like they could genuinely providing better service because the price I paid. The food is on the standard of Sizzler everywhere, but the restaurant is feel old and a bit dirty. The salad bar is fresh, the soup is okay. I hope it's hotter than this; it's a bit too cold for me. The main dish is good. The chicken is soft and juicy, and it came out fast. In case you don't know, if you order the main dish, it will come with a free buffet on the salad bar. Or you can just have the salad bar buffet for a price, it's up to you. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Steak quality was ok. Salad bar quality was not as good as before. We had meals at Sizzler Central Ladprao. Poor service especiaaly service mind and facial expression from staffs. With this level of service, 5% service charge should not be applied!
