朝ごはん食べる時優しい店員さんが親切に飲み物四つ選んでください、コーヒーとりんごジュースに頼んだけどずっと来てなくて店員さんに聞いたら店長さん見たい人を来て、今朝の朝ご飯は日本食ですから飲み物を付けてないです、隣席の皆んなが全員が私達と同じ飲み物を頼んだ、別に高い物じゃなくて、店長さん見たいな態度と差別事されたから機嫌悪くなりました、白馬の旅で一番残念な事でした、悪くて普通なホテルより高いけどサービスはダメです

During our three weeks in the Hakuba valley, Ski Inn Iwatake was in a convenient and central location to move around with our rental car, and explore the variety of ski fields. Under 'normal' snow conditions, Ski Inn Iwatake is very well placed to access the Iwatake ski field. The management of Ski Inn Hakuba were particularly helpful in meeting all our needs, including providing local knowledge, restaurant suggestions, and anything further we required in our apartment. Our two bedroom apartment was very comfortable, spacious, and well heated. We would recommend all three of Ski Inn Hakuba's locations - Iwatake and Tsugaike in Hakuba, and Nozawa Onsen.

Incredible Experience Enjoying Autumn Foliage in Hakuba Iwatake I recently had a wonderful four-night stay at Ski Inn Hakuba Iwatake, and I can't recommend it enough! This newly built inn combines a stylish exterior with a warm and inviting atmosphere. As soon as you enter, the refreshing scent of cypress wood sets a relaxing tone. The tasteful design features spacious rooms with private ensuites, making it ideal for couples, friends, or families. My group occupied two apartments, each with a cozy sitting area and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare light meals, while the heated floors and cypress sauna room added a luxurious touch. There is a mini bar in the common room where we could enjoy drinks like beer and sake, providing a wonderful space to unwind and relax. The attentive staff went above and beyond, offering convenient pick-up services from nearby train stations. Special thanks to Beeven, who is not only a fantastic driver but also made sure we were comfortable and dry on a rainy day. Her recommendation for a lunch of seasonal fried seafood and sashimi was spot on! The location is perfect, just a three-minute walk to the cable car station and close to beautiful onsens. We enjoyed stunning views of the cable car and the vibrant red, yellow, and amber colors of autumn. Additional amenities like the coin-operated laundry and free parking made our stay even better. The cozy and tranquil atmosphere was the perfect retreat after a day of skiing or mountain biking. Overall, Ski Inn Hakuba Iwatake is a gem for anyone wanting to enjoy nature while indulging in modern comforts. I highly recommend it! Service: 5
